Shipping & Refund policy

All shipping is posted with Australia Post in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Australian Orders

All orders over $50 are shipped free within Australia (excluding shipping costs).

For all orders under $50 standard shipping within Australia is $10.

International orders

All orders over $100 are shipped free (excluding shipping costs).

For all orders under $100 standard shipping is $25.

Please contact your local customs office to confirm any duties and taxes at the port of entry.

Delivery time

Please allow 2-5 business days for processing before dispatch from the Hobart Studio.

Please allow approx 7 – 10 business days for deliveries within Australia and up to 30 business days for international orders. Delivery times may vary further depending on your location.

Studio pick up

Feel free to order online and then collect your purchase from the Hobart studio. Please email us first, to arrange a suitable collection time.

Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at www.deborahwace.com operated by Deborah Wace.

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. 

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
